RadarMan is an international education company headquartered in Nanjing. We co-run and operate a variety of educational programs and learning centers across Asia, primarily China, including our own school projects and co-operated schools.
Unlike traditional recruitment agencies, RadarMan works as a long-term co-runner and operational partner. We directly participate in the academic and administrative operations of the schools we manage.
Because we operate our own school projects or co-operated schools, all international teachers we hire work directly for these programs—ensuring full transparency, stable management, and consistent educational quality.
RadarMan’s mission is to build sustainable, high-quality educational ecosystems through integrated program operations and professional, compliant international staffing.
2015
In 2015, WeiJingYuMeng was founded in Nanjing with three business lines: WeiJing Online English Training , Foreign Teacher Management Service in China as well as English Curriculum Developing.
2017
In 2017, Radarman was established as an individual company to provide ESL teacher trainng, recruiting as well as placement for our co-operated schools in Asia.
2019
WeiJing reached a non-exclusive ooperation with Burlington English from the US for China market, and was licensed to represent BurlingtonEnglish courses in China.
2020
In 2020, WeiJing has launched Super Draw English with American Educational psychologist Rich Allen and Australian Educational Cartoonist Wayne Logue
